Building Inspections:

Whether buying your first home, a successive home or an investment property, it is essential that you know the real condition of the property so as to avoid those unexpected repairs and costs that you weren’t budgeting on.
An inspection through Priority Property Inspections will identify the defects, where the defects are located and recommend what needs to be done in relation to repair or rectification work. The reports also have other invaluable tips and information to alert you to possible future problems or concerns.

If you are selling your home, a pre-sale inspection can be beneficial in regard to identifying any unknown defects before the property is put on the market – giving you the opportunity to rectify the defects and allowing you to achieve a premium price for your property at the negotiation stage.

Our reports are easy to read and we endeavour to keep building jargon to a minimum and/or to explain terms where needed.
