Reports

Our reports cover all accessible areas of the property. We crawl through sub floors and roof cavities to ensure that no defects or problems are left undetected.

There is a section in the front of the report containing a brief list of the more significant defects and items of concern for quick reference.

The body of the report covers all the different areas of the building, both externally and internally - nominating the types of defects, the location of the defects and recommendations as to who or what will be required to rectify the problem/s.

Our reports have a 48 hour turnaround and can be emailed to your specified addresses.

A hard copy can be sent on request.
